Dynamic DNS Setup

Overview:

All dynamic DNS hostnames are automatically updated within 60-90 seconds.

Any Dynamic DNS hostnames set up in the Human Firewall Dashboard will be automatically checked for IP updates every 60-90 seconds and update our system accordingly. If you're using a dynamic DNS provider that we don't support, or your Dynamic DNS updates are not working for any reason, the worst case scenario is a 60-90 second delay in us automatically updating the IP address in our system.

Human Firewall currently supports Dynamic DNS updates from the following providers over HTTP and HTTPS

• DynDNS
• no-ip
• NameCheap
• tunnelbroker.net
• dns.he.net
• dnspark.com
• dynu.com
• freedns.afraid.org
• changeip.com
• TP-Link (tplinkdns.com)

Update the Dashboard:

1. Login to your Human Firewall Dashboard.
2. Click "Deployments" in the main menu. 
3. Click the site name you would like to update. 
   
   
4. Click "IP Information" and enter the DNS name for your location, then click "update".
