Catastrophe Forgiveness

If your Human Firewall protected network is experiencing malicious outbound activity, resulting in a massive influx in network lookup queries to a specific set of targets, we offer the following:

• Consultation - We'll advise you how to locate that specific machine based on your network's infrastructure. A fee will be charged for this service, as this falls under our "Threat Intelligence" consulting service. 
• Remediation - If the situation permits, we will make adjustments to our infrastructure to protect the target and/or your network. 
• Review/Forgive - Once the attack has ceased, we will exclude the queries sent to the target domains from your bill*.

* Compensation is only considered when the total network lookup queries related to the attack exceeds 1,000,000 queries. Any amount compensated is based on the discretion of Human Firewall, details provided by the customer, and the results of our review. Our normal target of forgiveness is 80-90% of the total queries incurred.
